NearHire is purely an interactive digital directory and classified communications platform. NearHire operates solely as a communication bridge between independent employers (businesses, companies, shopkeepers) and job seekers. NearHire is NOT an employment agency, placement consultancy, headhunter, or employer.
2. Strict Prohibition of Placement / Registration Fees
NearHire does not charge job seekers any fee for browsing, viewing, or applying to jobs. Any employer, recruiter, or third party demanding money, training fees, laptop security deposits, or registration charges is strictly violating our policies. Candidates are strictly advised NEVER to pay any money to any employer found on this platform. NearHire accepts zero responsibility for any financial transactions made between parties.
3. Independent Due Diligence & Disclaimers
While NearHire strives to maintain high quality and review reported listings, we do not verify the complete background, authenticity, salary solvency, or working environment of employers or candidates. Both candidates and employers agree that they engage in communications and agreements at their own sole discretion, risk, and judgment.
4. Employer Responsibilities
Employers posting job advertisements warrant that the job details, working timings, offered salary, and company information are genuine, accurate, and non-exploitative. NearHire reserves the absolute right to terminate, delete, or suspend any advertisement or account without prior notice.
5. Reporting & Dispute Resolution
Users encountering fraudulent, misleading, or abusive listings are encouraged to use the built-in "Report Job" feature. NearHire will promptly investigate and take administrative action, including removing listings and banning phone numbers.
